Project Flow

Source documents will be received by PM

Preparing checklist with necessary instructions to translators

Forward Translation (The source text is translated into the target language by a qualified translator who are native speaker experience of translation (this is based on the translation requirements of ISO – the International Organization for Standardization). They should also be specialized in a suitable area (for example, for clinical trial documentation you could choose a translator who is used to translating documents in the following subjects: medical, legal and business, healthcare or psychology).

Finished translation is proofread by a qualified proofreader with the necessary domain knowledge and linguistic competence. The translated material is checked against source text and linguistic correctness (syntax, spelling, punctuation).

DTP, checking for fonts, layout against English source.

Translation will be validated by translator

Any missing information, changes, or corrections will be returned to the translator for revision.

Finalizing the templates of Forward Translation.

The forward translation is then back translated into the original source language by a separate translator (native speaker) who has no access to or knowledge of the original source text.

Proofing with In-house specialist.

DTP, checking for fonts, layout against English source.

Back Translation will be validated against English source by reviewer in house specialist.

Incase will be sent to forward translator.

Finalizing the templates of Forward Translation & Back translation and Project delivery.
